By way of explanation, this is our take on how people think and behave.
 
If you want to change your RESULTS (say get ahead faster by paying lower fees and commissions), we need to help you change your BEHAVIOUR (stop accepting that all fees are automatic), make other CHOICES that lead to LOWER FEE OPTIONS and have the ATTITUDE of CURIOUSITY - Could I be getting a BETTER RESULT ON FEES?

RESULTS
 
Your Results flow directly from your behaviour and directly impact on your Attitude.
 
You may have achieved certain results in your life - some you find pleasing - others you do not. Each of these results or outcomes relates back to choices you have made and acted on up until now.
 
Results are sometimes often seen as a specific set of circumstances which we interpret as a reason to feel good or bad, etc. (i.e. develop an Attitude)
 
BEHAVIOUR
 
Your behaviour flows directly from the choices you make towards the results you are aiming for - sometimes your behaviour takes you by the shortest route, other times your behaviour doesn't work in a straight line and (like a guided missile) moves from side to side but still (generally) in the direction you would like your life to take.
 
CHOICES
 
Your choices flow from your attitude towards your behavour - your attitude directly influences the choices you make - your behaviour directly reflects the choices you have made.
 
I once had a conversation with a young bloke who said 'I want a motor bike - I always have' to which I (caringly) responded 'No you don't' - he asked 'How can you say that?' to which I responded 'You have changed your behaviour so that you end up with one'.
 
People may like the idea of things - but unless they change their behaviour so that their actions lead toward the desired result (in this example, a motor bike) there is no proof that a choice has actually been made.
 
ATTITUDE
 
Your Attitude flows directly from your results and directly impacts on your choices.
 
For example if you are pleased with your Results (in whole or part) you will likely be more curious and creative in looking for other Solutions -
 
 
Choices + Behaviour = Solutions
 
 
And it is these Solutions which tend to move us toward our stated goals and ambitions (Results). If you are down in the dumps about the results in your life then we tend to shut down and begin to limit the effort we put into seeking out solutions. 
 
So does this mean we are suggesting you can only move forward if you are Happy?
 
No - definitely not.
 
However, what we are saying is that it is necessary to interpret your results in a Useful way in order to move forward, find Solutions and get Results that line up with what it is you hope to achieve.
 
Some people feel anything but happy at outcomes and use this feeling as a way to get motivated and move forward.
 
And in many respects, it is this ability - the ability to interpret all feedback - good, bad or ugly - in a useful way that defines those people we know (personally and through the media and other sources) who seem to achieve their goals against all odds.
